Since we are all gettting to know each other (kinda seems like a dating game.......if half the people weren't married that is),
I was wondering where everyone got there user names from. Some of them are interesting, where I know others are people's names and self explanitory.

I love black onyx hearts. I made an email address (I think it was AOL at the time) and "blackheart" was taken. Add an X to it, and you have my name. It also goes well with the fact that I wear black.

well, mine is pretty boring. my screen name came from my ebay account....steve is my husband we've been together for 5 years...married for 3. and kiki is the nickname my brother used to call me b/c he could never say my name as a baby. so everytime i see kids i tell them to call me kiki. steve thought it was cute so it just stuck....steves_kiki. eventhough my friend thinks i should have had kathy love JR. or lil kathy. thats not my name...but thats what he calls me. My Research and Collection

Mine is complicatedly simple. From 1985-1991 there was an infamous hacker named Mark Abene. His handle was Phiber Optik. He was in an infamous cyber gang known as M.O.D. (Masters Of Deception) This was all way back in the day when you had to pay long distance fees for being online and you had to type in the modem's telephone number that you wished to connect to. The whole story is very well written out in a book titled "Masters of Deception (the gang that ruled cyber space)" So after becoming interested in the internet and learning a few tricks online I decided it was a fitting name. You would be surprised at how many people think I am an internet technician just from my name.

My Research and Collection

My user name was dug up waaaaaay back when I got my first puter, at the time I worked in a cemetery. So the name was fitting.
I was emplyed there for about 9 years - (I got along well there...customers never complained about my looks or attitude).
And to top it all off, my server was called the Nuthouse.
So how well did that work out.....gravedigger@thenuthouse !

Im sure its tough to figure mine out so allow me to explain. I will type slowly for you. I think at one point I had about 35-40 critters in the house and people always referred to it as the zoo. We always joked about charging admission to our house. So thats the zoo, Rep-surpisingly enough is from reptile. 44 because 4 was taken already, 4 because its my lucky number being that Im the 4th. I think mine stemmed from aol as well several years ago. fascinating huh.

Well my move to corns is relatively recent, but as I will probably be on here more and more in the coming months I guess I'll share too.

My name is Chris, but the screen name comes from a nickname I picked up in High School. Basically, at about 14 I realized I was done growing and made the switch from football to hockey before I got myself hurt. My first year, however, I was probably the worst player in my league. I couldn't skate, pass, or shoot to save my life. As a result, some friends decided I was the anti-Gretzky and decided from then on I would be known as Gretzky for the sake of a good laugh. As time went on, everyone realized I made a much better enforcer (aka the team goon) but the name stuck. The rh stands for roller hockey and the 4 because that was my number in that sport.

Hey ever heard of Guild Wars? Its an online RPG adventure type game, with no monthly subscriptions. I love it. I play. Just thought I'd throw that out there, since you mentioned games.
I never got into dungeons and dragons although I am a Dragon Freak. My whole house is decorated in Nene Thomas, Ruth Thompson art and I have Melody Pena (windstone) Dragons in two display cases.

But lived in L.I. for some time as well.
Massapequa Park and then Lindenhurst before moving to Florida.
But back in the day spent lots of time "hanging out" in Brentwood, Bayshore, Seldon, Seaford and so on & so on.

I'm originally from West Babylon and also spent alot of time in Lindenhurst. I usually go to the show in Farmingdale every year. I missed last year though. It's funny, I was checking out your site the other day and noticed you were going to be up in Oct. for the show. There's a few corns I like. I figured I'd check out your snakes at the show. I don't know if I can wait that long. I love that amber you posted.

actually my signifigant other of 12 yrs at the time came up with the name.....it came from the 3 dogs we had
rainer she was a pekingese who passed away at 15...
snoball she was a white pekingese who passed away at 12...
k (short for kako) my chow chow, she is 10 oct 19 of this year.
rainer was his dog, and snoball was my dog, and k is mine but we do share owner ship on her and the rottweiler he has.....
the story behind snoball and me having all the animals i have before i got snoball i was a pretty bad drug addict, lived on the street for a few months..... a dear friend got me to go seek help, once i felt i had my life in my hands i decided a dog would help, i have to say that little dog was the best thing that could have ever happened to me, i have been clean for 20 yrs, and i dont even drink now, my worst vice at the moment is is i do smoke but im working on that....and i think my animals / snake addiction is a much healthier one to have, as i have learned alot and they keep me home, and i go to work everyday to support my habit...LOL
i know i might have gotten a little to personal, but i think to truly know someone is to know where they have been and how they got to where they are............

wow....that is amazing!!! good job and keep up the good work!!! and dogs are great!! eventhough i love my kitties more, but i have dogs too and when they listen to you its nice...like lil kids...lil annoying kids that dont listen! hey wait...thats how real kids act!!! hehehe j/k ~kin
