Enclosure size.

My bp is currently 3' long and growning.

What size enclosure would a full gorwn bp need?

0.0.1 Checkard Garter Snake
0.1.0 Green Anole
0.0.1 Frog (of the bull variety.. I guess)
1.0.0 Red Eared Slider
0.1.0 Box Turtle
0.3.0 Love Able muts

It depends on what you want to go with - a rack, an aquarium, etc. In general, more floor space is better than height.

I have a big ass custom aquarium that is waaaaayyy too tall. How would I make a rack for my bp?

Take a look on KS caging forum. There are lots of people building racks. They have some good pics as well.
