quick questions

I have a young male beardie who is quite the brat. everytime I try to touch him or grab him he puffs up and sometimes bites me. how do I get him to ack like my female and all the other beardies I have seen that would never even think about biting someone an know how to tame him. also who do beardies always scratch at their walls. both my male and female do this but none of my other reptiles. do they just not like being caged up, that would be my guess, I was just wondering if anyone knew about that.

Thanks
Joel

Every now and then some go through this "phase," but it wears off if you continue to hold them and interact with them. Also look at your husbandry, are they getting too hot? We really need more information to give an informed answer.

How big is your dragon? it may be that his cage is to small.
