giving up on eggs

how long should I keep my dimpiled eggs in the incubator before giving up, and how long till I can konw if my one not dimpiled egg is good?

I would keep them for about 60-70 days at around 81 degrees. Then you should have a good idea. Don't give up on them unless they are lime green and full of maggots.

because they are dimpled. There are easy ways to resolve this problem. Especially if you are using an incubator like a hovabator. Infertile eggs turn ugly within a day or two of being laid. Infertile eggs may show a blue green mold. They also perspire. You can see small droplets of moisture as if the egg were leaking through the pores of the shell. If the eggs are more than a couple of days old and all that is wrong is some dimpling or collapsing of the egg, they are still good.

as of right now no dimples or mold and it has been 5 days. I will try to get a pic of them up tomarrow real bussy tonight.
