New 05 female from Mike Bodner

KenCasstevens Apr 06, 2006 12:25 AM

I've been wanting to post pics of this absolutely gorgeous 05 female I purchased from Mike Bodner for a while, but I've been a slack a$$. She's a buckskin with stunningly bright orange saddles. Mike, she's already become one of my favorites. I can't wait to see how her color develops. Thanks again!

Thanks Ken, Glad you like her. Keep us updated on her. I think that orange is only going to get better as she grows. Mike

make some good thayeri. I love that rusty orange on yours.

I got one from them that looks just like yours. She should be ready to breed next year.

Here's a couple of pics.

Wow! Thanks for that look into the future. lol. The only thing I hate about getting babies is the excruciating wait til adulthood.

I love to watch them grow. And with the new digital cameras you can record the whole thing. In a couple of years you'll have some adults and growing the little ones takes on a whole new meaning.

Here's one of my favorites that I got to watch growing up.

Her name is Butterscotch.

I'm sure it is. I've only been into Thayeri for about a year, and I'm looking forward to seeing all my little ones I've bought grow up, and go through their color changes. That's the great thing about thayeri. If I get a cal king, or a corn like I've bred in the past their still gonna look just about the exact same when grown. I've already seen some color changes in some of mine, and I absolutely love it!.
