Help something is wrong with my leos leg

decline15 Apr 06, 2006 08:17 PM

I dont know what happened but it kind of looks like his knee is dislocated like when he tries to walk instead of staying bent and normal his whole left back leg bends backwards and his foot kind of flips up. He can still move around but he just looks frustrated like when he tries to walk his leg goes backwards and he immediately tries to pu it right then it just bends back again. What could be wrong? He is about 4 months old.

sounds like it is broken! or he/she has a major calcium deficiency! I would take it to a good vet emediatly!! wouldnt you go to the doctor if your leg was bending the other way???

Definately get to a vet especially since he's showing signs of "frustration" or stress. Also try to identify the cause of the break. Did it get caught, fall, did something fall on it, another animal... . Let us know what happens. Best of luck.
