Misting the cage...

KWasser Apr 08, 2006 12:13 AM

About how often per day should I mist my Pacman's cage? And how much should I mist it? Should the top layer be pretty soaking wet?

I mist once in the morning and once at night. U may need to mist more often though if you humidity levels are down. Just get the plants, side walls, and the top layer of the substrate wet. You don't need to soak the substrate, just make it moist. Remember, Pacs and other frogs absorb water right through their skin so it is important to keep the bedding nice and moist, but not soaked becuase u might start growing uninvited things on your bedding.

good luck
