I didn't expect my helmets to breed this season; but I found an egg today. There isn't a whole lot of information on these guys as far as I can find, and I've never even hatched a leopard gecko. If anyone has any advice or can point me in the general direction of where to find it, I'd be very grateful!
What I've found out so far: the eggs must be kept dry (so I've placed it in a small bowl covered in sand), but moist at the same time- I don't have any vermicullite (sp?), so I put the bowl in a plastic container filled with vivariam moss and sprayed that down, and put the entire contraption in a critter keeper.
Thanks,
Hadlee Jay
