Ball python age? how much should i feed?

Omerfriedman Apr 09, 2006 02:00 PM

I bought a ball python off of craigslist. the lady said he is 2 years old. he is betwen 2-3 feet. i saw a 2-3 year old at a pet store and he looked a little bigger/fatter than mine. how old is mine??

also, i feed it an adult mouse every week or so - it this too much?

how often should i be feeding it?

Omer

The more you feed it the faster it grows, so size doesn't necessarily directly depend on age, a bigger one of the same age could have been fed more, and a mouse a week isnt too much, it's just about right.
