When measuring the temperature in the aquarium, do you measure the temperature on the ground, or the temperature in the air. I know the temperature is supposed to be approximately ~91 degrees in the basking area, but I'm not sure where to measure this, the actual floor of the aquarium, or get the air temperature. Also, what should the maximum temperature of the floor be, for example right above the UTH. My ball python will be arriving thursday, and I just want to make sure everything is correct before he gets here :-D
