Another flexwatt Question (Sorry....)

Kingofspades Apr 10, 2006 04:53 AM

Is a 3" strip of Flexwatt enough to heat a 41 qt. Sterilite container?
Or should I use two?

Instead of running two strips of 3 inch I would Run one piece of 11 inch. This way you only have one connection on the heat tape instead of making multiple to chain link the 3 inch together. But keep in mind that you can't run 3 inch and 11 inch on the same thermastat because they are different wattage. If 3 inch is all you have to work with then yes you will need two rows. Sorry for running on but I don't know what you have to work with. Hope this helps. Thanks Erick
