it depends on what you mean by cheap. i bo[bleep]ht my 2 rheostats for $20 and i tho[bleep]ht that was fine. you can [bleep]et cheaper temp control devices at home depot but you may have to wire it yourself which i don't recommend. just scrape up the extra 20 and buy a zoo med rheostat from petco or some place. were they out of rheostats when you were buy[bleep] supplies???
