Looks to be yellow fungus
Do a search on yellow fungus on google or another search engine and you'll find info. Check out www.reptilerooms.com for info as well. in the mean time I'd go out and get some lamisil which is for athletes foot, jock itch etc.. this will help kill some of the fungus, and at least halt the spread until you can seek professional vet help.
This fungus has been an epidemic for beardies in the last few years. print out all that info on yellow fungus at reptilerooms.com and take that info and your beardie into the vet. in the mean time make sure this dragon is not in contact with any others

Hi, has this skin problem been causing damage to the scales, or progressed rapidly over the last two weeks? Has he been in contact with another infected dragon? Have you treated him with Albon in the past? Can you get a pic of the underside? From what I have seen with yellow fungus is bleeding and damaged scales, and it usually starts at the vent and works it's way out all over the body. If he has been in contact with an infected one, it usually has the fungus where it made direct contact. Like Matt was saying, lamasil(foot fungus cream) works well for treatment. Josh
Underside and everything else looks fine... She has one cagemate who is her brother and they have been together since birth, and she has not had contact with any other lizards since they were a few weeks old.
I have noticed it getting a little worse, but it is not going very quickly... at first i thought it was just a shedding issue (some extra dry skin that had not peeled off)
I am buying some foot fungus cream today and will try that.... i hope it works out.
why did you ask about being treated with Albon? Is it somehow related? Is it b/c it kills off too much "good" bacteria?
thanks,
lele

Yellow fungus can be a potential side effect with Albon treatment. From what I understand, Albon wipes out everything in their intestinal tract good and bad. It is similar to yeast infections in people who take antibiotics. The dragons have a buildup of yeast which destroys not only their insides, but the outside too. Yellow fungus in animals treated with Albon will show the first sign at the vent, then it works its way out to the rest of the body. Dragons that come in contact with the fungus directly can get it at the contact areas. Reptile rooms.com has a ton of info on this, it is definately worth checking out. Josh
Thanks. I thought it was something along those lines. Have read reptilerooms article but it was before I got my dragon. He was treated with Albon back in Dec. for coccidia and I had a discussion with my vet about the concern for eliminating ALL bacteria.
He has been very lethargic and I have chalked it up to brumation (semi) but wondered if lethargy was an early sign of the fungus. He has no discolored scales, vent, etc. so I will continue to assume he is still in "winter" mode.
thanks again,
