i counted 10 after she finished laying, but i might have miscounted, it was actually exciting, i got to watch her lay the last 2.......
a question i have is she is still with the eggs, its been about 3 hours, do i have to actually take her out of the box or will she come out? and will she eat this soon after laying?

I will usually move the mother and take the eggs out.
I will then check her to see if there may be more eggs.
I will usually leave the lay box in with the mother for a few more days.
I usually wait until the next scheduled feeding to feed the females after they lay.
Some feed them right away.

ok there are 10...
..... ok so when i take the eggs, i know to keep them the position they were laid....., which would be better.... a sterilite shoe box, or a glad deli type container to incubate them?

I would use a glad bowl for 10 eggs.
10 eggs would fit nicely in one of the glad bowls. I don't remember exactly what the bowl is called, probably just bowl..lol, but it is a little bigger then the sandwhich size glad container.
good luck !!!!!!!!!!!
