Blackheads on the way a few days early..

jsargent Apr 12, 2006 09:26 PM

Here is a shot of Olivia- one of our Blackhead females. She just started laying her clutch about two hours ago. Can't wait till morning to see how the total clutch looks. Glad I got my incubator up and running on Sunday!

That's one of the whitest blackheads I've ever seen. Pretty.

Hi Jim

Just checked out your updated site and was truly impressed with the datailed history of your stock that you added on your site. Any animal you produced will be verified very easily by the individuals that will have your stock and its decendants. Not to mention that you have the nicest collection of BHP I've ever seen. Once I get the space, I'll definitely bug you to get some of these beauties. Keep up the good work and we're all looking forward on your co-authored article for Reptiles Mag. Take care.

Jonel-thanks for the kind words. Writing the Reptiles Magazine article with Matt was alot of fun and and we are both pleased with the way it turned out. Blackheads have a strong future and I am happy to be working with them.

SWEET!!!
Which male did you breed her with this year?

I can't wait to see some more baby hypos this year!

jsargent Apr 14, 2006 12:37 PM

This year Olivia was bred to Winston. It will be an interesting hatch.

Both Jim and Matt did a superb job. I've talked to Matt many times, always good info.
