Jackson Homes (vegasbilly)

zeusjackson Apr 13, 2006 01:06 PM

I am looking at buying a home for a Sub-Adulte Jackson Xano.

I was looking at two enclosures one was 30x30x18 and the other was 24x24x36 or 48. I feel like 24 width is just to narrow.

What do you think? Thanks Again its for a jackson.

Vegasbilly we traded posts a while back and I was interested in what you have to say, since you knew quite a bit and helped me before

I'd go with the height over the width. Mine stay high most of the time. My adult females do well in cages that are 30"x30"x30". I bought one of those big ole' cages from Reptile Haven that have the tub for the bottom for my male. These are very cool cages! He does venture down....much further than the females do.

Both females are gravid so here we go again!

I just checked out their site. I like the cages but they list it as 31” x 17” x 30.5” as the biggest chameleon cages. Is this what you mean?

I will have to decide tomorrow which one I want to go with, They all seem to be the same price, I like the width of 30x30x18 but I like the height of 24x24x36/48

Sounds about right. I like 'em 'cause I can wheel it out into the sun in the mornings and its big and deep enough for 2 BIG potted schefflera(sp?).

Of the other two, go w/the taller one.
