ATB morphs

reptileshed Apr 14, 2006 09:23 AM

I see all of these ATB's on the classifieds such as Leopard, Calico, Paradox, etc. and I was just wondering which are actually genetic morphs and which are just crazy looking "normals", if you can use that term with amazons. I have looked everywhere and nobody seems to have a straight answer. Any info would be great! Thanks a lot, Matt

Calico and Leopard types are an inheritable trait but at this point it looks like the Paradox trait is not. There have been breedings of Paradoxs to Paradoxs and not 1 Paradox offspring produced and it seems when there is a Paradox type animal it happens to be in a fluke litter. There is a discussion about this on corallus.com in the forum, maybe check that out and pose some questions there too.
