Depends on what type of parasites they test positive for.
I personally don't see the point in using a deworming medication unless I know for a fact they are infected.

Since infected animals can fail to test positive, and since Panacur is very safe, inexpensive and readily available, and since Panacur will treat many possible parasites, AND since turtles tend to be parasitized more than many other herps, one might want to 'shotgun' treat with Panacur whenever there is any suspected problem. No?
