i like your pics, your little girl corona does look like a girl. i cant see what you use for a substrate in you tank but it looks nice from this side of the screen. your gecko looks pretty healthy to, could gain a little weight but thats all. i cant see the spot on her little nose though. the neosporin should take care of it.

I honestly can't tell the sex based on the picture.

As far as the red spot on her nose, does it look like it's on a different layer of her skin than the rest of her body (unshed layer/raw skin)? Has she shed since you noticed that spot form? Have you applied any neosporin or any other ointment etc on it yet?

The tank looks awesome, the only thing I'd recommend is adding a top to the mossy hide. Unless you're trying to raise the humidity in the tank, you're gonna have to mist that every day to keep it moist due to evaporation. I could be wrong though. Also, I think adding a lid would help her feel more secure when she needs the moist hide at shedding time.

Hope some of that helped! I like this new trend of the lovely ladies of this forum posting their pics, I hope it catches on! :P

haha thank you!

It seems this is also turning into a chat..

But yeah, i figured you wouldnt be able to tell by the pic..

she was realy patient when i was trying to take the picture..

but yeah, she gets impatient after a minute of holding her like that.

But if it helps at all..

all there is a flat surface.. and then theres a flap of skin thats like a hole.. so im thinking thats the womanly part?..

I do use neosporin on it, ive been doing it since monday.

And i thought about asking about the top on the humid thing,

she NEVER goes in it.
i dont know why.

so maybe adding a top will help?

Well, do you mist the moss and keep it moist? Try doing this, and also adding a top, and see if she goes inside come shedding time, it should help. She needs to feel secure and a dark place where she doesn't think you can see her will probably help.
