IF he's getting 2 hours a day, he's probably just fine when it comes to UVB. However, it certainly cant hurt to get a Reptisun and stick it on his cage while he's inside.

if he is getting it thru glass it doesn't count b/c so much is blocked, screen blocks some but if he is actually getting unfiltered light you don't need the extra UVB. Here is an interesting site on UVB and herps.

When I put it outside,it has unfiltered rays from the sun,and its out there for about 2 hours...so with that, his indoor cage just has a heat light on it....so I should be alright then?

I think he should be fine if he is getting unfiltered sunlight. Screens and glass cut down on how much UVB actually passes through.

You could just get a Repti Sun 5.0 bulb and that will be fine for him. I doubt you will remember to take him outside every day for 2 hours. A UVB bubl and fixture will work fine and will be easier on you.

Why do you have only a UVA light on it?
