A question for ball keepers. How often should they defecate? I have kept a Cali king and an Desert Glossy Snake(Arizona elegans eburnata)for three years now. They both defecate 3-4 days after feeding. Bought a young Ball python (approx. 24" for my son three weeks ago, he has been a real easy feeder, taking 3 fuzzy every feeding (every 7 days)in the 24 days he has had them the snake has only defecate once, and then it appeared to be only a small amount of uric acid not the feces I am used to with my snakes.
