Bidron Gecko Habitat

I just got a Bidron Gecko today at the expo. I looked up what type of habitat they have in a book at Petco. The book said that they are more of a desert type gecko. Perfer more of a dryer habitat. But in coming home and looking online, it says they like it more humid. Which is it? Any help would be great..thanks.
