holding crickets

i want to no the easiest way to keep some crickets i am thinking about buying crickets for 25.00 that gives me 2000 crickets eny size i want

i no for keeping them put them in a rubbermaid and adding a spundge for a water source and the chicken feed but i dont no where to get it i was thinking about getting it at a local farm in fleet i live in illinois so can someone help me out here please

I have a cricket care section on my website that may help you out some. You'll find it right on the front page, and I have listed everything that you need.

Chicken feed can be found at fleet farm, thats where I got mine, but its a 50 pound bag. I use baby cut carrot since they do not mold. You would hate for your colony to get mold cuz then you'll have to pitch it because you cannot feed insects that have eaten mold to your reptiles....it will cause health problems.
