Just curious as she used to post quite a bit. She was an avid Collared Lizard fan but also posted quite a few pics of herps she found while hiking with her husband. Being from the same part of the country I enjoyed her pics and field observations. I hope she stuck with her hobby.

Became a MOM recently to a beautiful baby girl. Shes up to her NECK right now with the baby and some herps she has. I have spoken a couple times to her, shes doing well but just BUSY !
I'm sure sometime down the road she will pop in and when the baby is old enough they will resume their herp hikes and treat us to the cool pics

Well that would certainly explain her absence from the forums lately. I am happy to hear she is a new mom and doing well. She always exhibited the utmost sincerity and enthusiasm in her postings. I look forward to her return. My wife and I are expecting our first child this October. She asked me if I wanted a boy or a girl and I said "either is fine, just a herpin buddy." My wife has a bit of a phobia about reptile, particularly lizards. If you talk to Niki_Athena tell her the forum says hello and congrats.
