I just wanted to show off my pretty little snake. The second picture is from the night we bought it on June 15, 05. The first is from Dec 26, 05. Both pics are taken on my hubby's hand to try and maintain something to compare her size to. I haven't taken any recently of her in this position but she continues to grow at this same rate. She is only my second snake. Is this a normal growth rate? She eats one large mouse every week unless shedding. She has shed 3-4 times since June. The only thing I worry about is that the only vet in my area doesn't know how to probe so when I take her in for a check up I still won't know for sure that she is a girl. She just 'seems' like a girl so we have taken to referring to her as such. Oh well, she is a great friendly pet who loves attention. Enjoy the pics... April

She's a cute snake. I think you're lucky that she's grown so well. I wish mine were growing that well.

It's not how many snakes you have. It's how happy and healthy you can keep them.
