I am fairly new to Ctenosaura, but I would say that yes, those are similis. I'm not too sure of their CB status, through I have heard that this species is farmed along with green iguanas and basilisks. Most likely they are wild caught from established populations in Florida.
They are indeed beautiful lizards!
