Free Program to measure snakes?

hi, i havent posted in a while but i was woundering if anyone remembers the name of that program that was a free download to measure the exact length of a snake by a photo? thanks

I've used it a lot and is fairly easy to use, even ok if the snake crosses itself. Main requirement is a overhead pic with a refference dimension in the same photo.
