Boas first breath

Brocks Boids Apr 17, 2006 01:27 AM

I thought you guys might like to see this. I was cleaning up my last litter of the year born tonight on Easter Sunday. I found this guy still in his sac so I washed my hands quick and grabbed my camera, I almost missed it. This is a poss DH Snow from my DH Coral Sunglow X Anery female so they're all 100% het Anery 50% het Albino. It was a small litter of 9 live and a bunch of slugs but I did get two Hypos poss het Moonglow and Moms doing great. Here's one of the babies first breath.

Congratulations on some nice litters this year. It is always interesting to see how a move affects animals. In this case it looks like you gambled and won.

I'm not complaining about the results. Last year I cycled the Boas where they were nice and stable in NJ for the past two years and nothing, not even an ovulation. This year I move 3000 miles and I'm 3 for 3. I might have to pack them up and take them for a ride thru the Mountains with some serious elavation changes next season. Good Luck on your projects this year.

appears to be an Anery which shouldn't be there from a DH Sunglow X Anery. I'll get some pics when I get back from work.
