New alli snapper---is this normal?

I got my new Alligator today. I found an interesting piece of something underneath her skin, behind her head...not sure what the item is...whether a rock or another item. Do all these pictures look normal?

I see nothing out of the ordinary, but also don't picture what you're talking about behind the head.
