New Addition

phiber_optikx Apr 17, 2006 01:12 PM

My new black rat arrived today. For being caught less than a week ago it is almost as calm as my 05 cb's.

That is not his permanent home. It is all I had time to throw together. 106 qt. fits him nicely though.

Nice black ratsnake phiber. I like black snakes so much that in addition to my black ratsnake (first pic), I also have a mexican black king (nigrita) and a black kingsnake (nigra) which is in the Second picture. At first glance, you almost think the nigra is a black rat.
Glad to see your new addition is very calm. With black rats, that does not surprise me at all. For the most part, I think they're pretty good natured animals.

Congratulations.
Don't forget to get it checked for worms.
