Annabel Lee. The girl I got in Jan. finally ate! And it was f/t! I don't like nameing my guys till they eat and it'll be nice to have something other than 'new girl from the show' to call her Now if only the other 'new girl' would eat.

Congrats! I'm glad that you were able to get her to eat. The waiting for that first meal must be nerve-wracking.

I tried to feed my new girl for the first time tonight. When I was at the vet's office on Saturday, she mentioned that my snake was starting to blue, but I didn't see it. I warmed a rat tonight thinking that tonight would be the big night for learning whether I had a good eater. When I pulled her from her hide, I could see that her eyes were clouded. She showed no interest in the rat, and I put it back in the freezer. I'll let her shed and then give it another try.
