trying to decide between Boaphile 4 footers, or the Constrictors Northwest design. Can anyone give me some first hand feedback? perhaps some pluses and minuses on these two manufacturers?

I like the boaphile cages MUCH better.. The build quality of the boaphile is great.

I have the ones made by Constrictors Northwest, and my friend owns Boaphiles, so I've been around both.
I agree with Christian that the Boaphiles are more sturdy and well built, but I really like the height (14"
of the NW Constrictors . The Boaphile's don't have the height to veiw well, or clean easily, plus it can be difficult at time trying to get the snake out. I haven't had any problems at all with mine, and they work great for my needs. I'll probably get more from NW Constrictors unless Boaphile make higher cages for the same or better prices. They may already - I haven't checked.

If you want a great cage from a guy with good customer service and a guy that you can actually get ahold of then I would go with the proline plastics cages by ed lilly at constrictors northwest.
I got cages from Ed at CNW. I love mine! Easy to clean and view the snakes w/the added height. As for being sturdy mine I can stand on! I'm 215lbs!!!
***Sooo... More cage, easy viewing ,easy cleaning, and Great service! Ed Lilley!!!
Listen to everyone and you chose what you want!
