I thought you were only allowed one non red eyed Southern Pine in Florida? I also thought you could not sell them? Atleast thats what the FWC says. Just wondering...

David…. I am allowed two S. Pinesnakes (Normal - as they would appear in the wild). I am not permitted to sell, trade, barter or release any in the wild.
I am even allowed to breed them, but I would have to “Give away” any offspring that I produced.
I am allowed to possess any other color or morph S. Pinesnake.
I also have a current license to possess Venomous Reptiles, so Game & Fish inspect on a regular basis. All my enclosures are labeled and they are well aware of what I have in each enclosure.
