another classic sign but no ovulation

It's a sign but may or may not mean anything. I have had hatchlings and males do both of these activities. Look for a color change and ovulation. Have you felt any follicles?

both of those activities are "building activities". So they would typically do those things before ovulation (although laying inverted also happens frequently after ovulation). Do you look in on her every day? Some females swell and go back to normal in 24-48 hrs. Has she shed recently? It isn't too late for ovulation, so relax, if it happens it happens. Good luck.

I have 3 females that have done the exact same thing for me over the last 2 months. They do it for several days, then back to normal behavior. All 3 would take food when offered so I figured they weren't gravid even though some females will eat so I'm told when they are holding eggs. However, 2 of them have started this building activity again and continued for almost a week now and what do you know, got my first ovulation on one of those last night. I also have a large female that has bred my spider male several times that is starting the building activity so keeping my figers crossed. I also have a 1500gm pastel female that has bred the same spider several times that has been totally restless for the last week so keeping fingers crossed there too. GOD THIS GAME IS FUN!!!
