Here is a male that was fathered by one of my striped males. I love the red on this animal, much broader red bands than most albino ruthveni I have seen. I'll be putting this guy to good use in a season or two..

Your ruthvens look great. I got a 2x het male and 0.2 het strip poss. het albinos from you and they are doing great. getting very big. I can't wait to get some stripes like yours. When do you think you will be breeding super to super?
Good to hear from you, glad they are doing well.
I should be breeding super to super next season, my female is huge. The male is doing great. Both are possible het for albino, hope I get lucky and produce a superstriped albino. That my friend will be (IMO) the coolest colubrid out there.
But also It is killing me to know what super X super will produce. A new morph? Perhaps? Even if a new morph isn't produced already I have several looks to play with. Striped, patternless, superstripes and aberrants ..with albino's soon to follow.
honestly i think the patternless will make the best looking albinos. although the superstripes are my favorite. I'd love to see them in person. Can't wait untill next year. I think mine will breed then.
