shedding help

i have a baby blizzard gecko and she shed when i first got her and everything was shed except 2 of her front toes. she just shed again and everything but those 2 toes again. i was hoping it would just come off this time but it didnt.... any tips? i have a moist hide in there with her too....

What you can do for problem shedders is either soak them for a few minutes when you see the fully opaque or you can put them in a humidified rack draw or cage.... All that is intailed in making a humidified enclosure is some wet papertowels on the bottom and a top that will hold in the humidity....

try this stuff called shed aid. you can get it from petco or petsmart. it really works and its only like $8. however if the humidity is improved in the tank you can start to avoid the problem. you do need to get it of right away, 2 sheds is too long. the toes will fall off and die.

thanks for all your help. i tried the damp moss in a small tub but left her in there an hour or so and the first toe came off pretty quickly. the 2nd i had to work on it. her toes were kinda purple-ish same with nails. so i'm gonna keep her in the moisture a lil longer and then let her back home
