My brother just called and said the baby beardies he got from me last week, fell last night out of a 6 inch high rubber maid container into an adult male enclosure(don't ask about how they are being kept yet because I do not understand it either) and he found her this morning not able to use her hind legs, then he went back to check on her and she was on her back. He turned her back over and she walked a few steps and turned over on her back again. I am going over there in a little while but does anyone have any ideas what this could be? I asked him about husbandry and all but I am not sure if hes doing it correctly until I see the set up. The dragon is small weighing about 29 grams. He said she looked ok but couldn't use her hind legs and drags her body then now this flipping stuff. I didn't think falling a few inches would hurt her but since I do not know this set up she was in or how it happened yet I am just making guesses. When here she had a strict vit/mineral regimen with all the crickets and greens she could eat, she had the proper heat and UVA/UVB so I do not think a week would cause a difiency(sp. Please offer any thoughts. I do not know if he will take her to the Vet but I will offer to take her if he doesn't But it might be tomorrow before I can get her in. Thanks Deb
