hi a month or two ago, i found some frog eggs in a local creek behind my house. the weather was dropping even though we are in spring. i felt bad for the eggs and i harvested them. yesterday they began to hatch, i looked at bull frogs and they look nothing a like. i will try to post a PIC with this message. the problem is they are in deli cups and sit on the bottom unless the cup is shook. then they swim to the top and back down to rest. i hear tads eat cabbage, lettuce, and fish flakes. i just don't know if they are eating, breathing, or doing OK. they are about a forth of an inch and have the tad kind of tail.my email is Knightfox33@aol.com if the PIC doesn't post i can send the PIC via email. thanks

that was nice of you to take the eggs. i currently have an albino bullfrog tad, i've had him for about 5 months. his main source of food is fish food, he gobbles it up. other good foods include: tadpole food, fruit flies, algae sheets (some pet stores have them) and algae wafers. be careful with the wafers, put one in per 10 gallons, i put like 3 in a 5 gallon and it makes the water so cloudy you can't see thorough it. also if you have any dead plants, or water plants to collect algae. good luck and feel free to ask more questions!
