Locking top

Any ideas on how to build a lockable top for a glass aquarium? I need something for a nonvenomous species but want venomous specs.

There is a neat picture over on venomousreptiles.org. It shows an aquarium with angle iron attached to the sides that locks a top down.

You might have to do some digging to find it.
