Amel meahllmorum.....

I posted a question below about amel meahllmorum and read in the responses that some of you plan on crossing the meahllmorum with amel guttatus or amel emoryi. Isn't in true that the corn amel is not compatible with the emoryi amel (gene for amel is located on different allels). I believe that a corn amel was crossed with a emoryi amel and all normal babies hatched that where considered het amel for both forms. Just wondereing because it would be cool to have a het form for two different types of amelanism.

Yes, it's true the two different forms of amel are not compatible. We need to get a w/c amel. meahllmorum now and cross it to see if it's compatible.
