This pare has had 2 batches over the years. The first time we were not ready. The second time we were. And this time I made a nesting box for them. I put it in a bit early. Like the past 3 months early. And so far all thay have done is sleap in it together.
I thought by haveing in the cage it would make them breed sooner but so far thay just lay ontop eachother inside the round tupaware container with moss that I mist once a week. So far the only thing I have noticed is that for the past 2 months they have both refused to eat. In the past I think I can recall them not eating but then weeks later I would have a clutch of eggs.
Am I being to pushey or are they laughing at me? hehehhehe
Is them not eating a sign that they are geting ready?
We feed the dad in the cage and take the mom out. But over the past 2 months we have been skiping weeks on and off and they are still not eating. Is not eating a good sign that they are going to breed?
