It will be interesting to se if the orange Nics pass that trait on to the offspring. I am assuming you are excited to get your nics up to size to breed....I know I am, and since you have compiled some of the nicest Nics around I know you are.

someone to say something. This particular Nicaraguan boa is definitely something different. I hope to eventually prove-out that he is in fact hypo. He appeared very different when I first got the shipment in. He stood out from the rest. Anyway, thank you for the nice comments. He changes coloration and tone so much that its very hard to capture his true beauty. Funny thing is, I tried taking him outdoors for a photo shoot on a nice day and he took off like a bat out of hell. lol. I almost lost him. I'll have to construct some sort of confined outdoor area this summer for taking pics of my snakes so that they can't escape on me. well, thanks again.

Beyond looking hypomelanistic (of course you have to prove it by breeding) he also looks like a pastel. He has that overal wash of reduction in black especially on his sides. Stellar animal.
