feeding the egg laying cham

my cham today is laying eggs, and i have to sleep now so i cant feed it today
is it ok to feed her if she is out of her hole tommorow after i come home from school?

She will not be interested in eating until she is done laying her eggs. Once she is done give her ample hydration and as much as she wants to eat. The best way to do this is to not give her bigger meals, but meals more often. She has been through a tough experience here. Pamper her. Tomorrow for eating will be fine.

I just had to smile when you said you have to sleep. With all your posts I thought you might be watching your babies 24/7 LOL! Don't get me wrong...I am the same way! When I rear my Luna moths I can just watch the caterpillars EAT for hours and I have been rearing them for 4 years! (no, they do not become critter food My new leaf chams are probably getting more attention than they need, too

Anyway, get some sleep and let the new Mama get hers, too! Just make sure you are not ignoring Ichiro! (and send us pix of the grand kids!
