EBV/Ronne female x Motley male day 110

kirby Apr 23, 2006 11:18 PM

I have been planning this litter for a while. I wanted to try and put more color into Motleys. It is hard to tell color so far but I think there are some nice patterns. There are definitely some nice colorfull pastels in the normals. I will take more pictures tommorrow. Now I will be able to get some sleep(tomorrow night).

I will be curious to see what influence such a nice pastel bloodline has on the motleys. They look sweet from what I can see though, congrats Bill!

I was fortunate to get one of them a few years ago. I picked her up just for this project. It is nice to see the actual animals for a project I have been looking forward to for several years. Some Motleys show color already. I will take fresh clean pics tomorrow.

You just made me that much more "antsy" for my 1st litter of the season. And Yes, I'm still waiting.

And congrats on all the Motleys; it appears that the numbers are weighted in your favor.

Bill ... You know, you should really change your first name. Everytime I see a post to/from you, I think they are talking to me.

Jeremy Stone Apr 24, 2006 12:33 PM

Congrats Bill, Those are my FAVORITE Motley types, and you ended up with a BUNCH. I love the side stripes that rip down the circles on opposite sides. Know what I mean? Those are KILLER!!!! Patience pays off. Great Combo. I can see color too. Jeremy

Randall_Turner Apr 24, 2006 01:18 PM

A few of those motleys appear to have excellent and different patterns. Again congrats on that great looking litter.

....congratulations Bill. I see a couple with nice red side striping so their tails are definitely going to have some good color to them. Look forward to more photos.

This is my first Motley litter and I have been very fortunate to have animals with good, interesting patterns and I think the color I was hoping for. I appreciate all of the kind words. I wish you all success with your litters and look forward to seeing what you produce.
