Couple Pics from White Plains show

macajuel Apr 24, 2006 02:05 AM

Sorry for the poor quality of pics but i just bought this camera (Sony DSC-W50) and haven't figured out how to get the best quality. Maybe someone can give me some pointers here. For a rainy day, a lot of folks showed up as well as vendors. Anyways, here are a few boas and misc. that i shot.

P.S. A special thanks to all the vendors for letting me snap away!

Albino Jungle

Paradox

Calico

ThThat animal is owned by Scott Seavey of CV Exotics. It was at the Manchester, NH show the week before. It's at least the second year he's produced one so it is genetic as far as the two parents paired together go. I'm not sure about the genetics beyond that but they are awesome boas.

I wasnt at that show but there was a very similar looking calico at the Hamburg show with CV Exotics (I think). I'll get some pictures up tomarrow. Who produced those beautiful jungles? Greg Reinert

but Frank Martin goes. I know he has produced Albino Jungles, and that one (and the jungles beside it) look familiar from Daytona and pictures I have seen of some of his animals. Just a logical guess really.

see more pics of that guy. If the breeder is out there please post some for us!!! I saw it at the show yesterday also and it is the real deal calico. I just hope it proves genetic.

I think that is the one PK had on his avaliable pages (listed as sold for a while now) http://www.pkreptiles.com/available/view_list.asp?nam=Argentine x Colombian Calico

the one I saw yesterday was much more extreme looking, also the breeder had the siblings for sale, and they were 100% Het Sunglow. I am pretty sure he produced it himself.

Wasnt at the show so couldnt make that type of comparison personally, I just thought they looked similar at a glance.

yea they definitely look similar especially the white on the head. This thing was weird though in spots it almost looked like a paradox albino, but it wasn't. It was very odd but awesome. Hopefully the owner will see this post.
