Are there any secrets to posting pictures larger than 150kb on the classified ads??? I dont have any fancy photo editing software (yet) and want to post some larger pics. Any tips?

Thanks -Greg Reinert-

Greg,
While I can't answer your question, I can help you out with a photo editing program. I highly recommend Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 for it's ease of use and features, including reducing size of pictures. If you want a program that is a little tougher technically to use and has a ton of cool photo editing/touchup abilities go with Adobe Photoshop CS2 (of course it is more expensive). You can download 30-day free trials for both from the Adobe website which will help you out in the short-term (a link to the Adobe download page is under my name).
Best of luck,

Greg, go to a free pic host site like Photobucket.com
Open the free account
upload pics to your account
Copy and paste the part into your msg or post.

Do a preview ad before posting to be sure... sometimes we need to use the TAG, sometimes the URL, sometimes the IMG. You'll see, photobucket gives you these 3 links for each pic.
Once you've done it once, it's too easy....

Can put as many and as large pics as you want.

Take care, Joe
