Anyone had any trouble with them lately? I ordered crickets on Thursday the 24th and i never received any email from them since the auto confirmation. No response to emails since monday. Are they still alive?

I ordered from Grooms this morning and I have ordered in the past also. They are actually one of the very few suppliers I will use.

They have a toll free phone number you can call them on. They are usually very quick to respond, so I don't understand the problem your having.

Good luck and give them a call.

It must be an oversight.
I ordered Tuesday am, got auto confirmation and an email from Chris Grooms that they will arrive today.
Call them and ask for Chris or Patricia.
If you ordered over the internet, it could be lost in space.
Don't give up on them, they are a reliable, family owned business that works hard to give good service.

I trust they are a great company. I've been dealing with them for a few months and never had a problem. I had some crix arrive dead and chris said he would add some extra on my next order. I usually hear from him the day the order is shipped, but i havent this time. I was just wondering if there was something going on in the family that could have delayed things.
