My little male from last year's Acadia, LA clutch just shed. He's looking pretty hot, and gaining a lot of speckling between those bands. What do you guys think?

Sweet lookin' little guy! Does the bright yellow will fade w/ age?
reako45
Reako, the intensity of the yellow has actually gotten brighter on the two I kept back. I'll ask the owners of some of the others if theirs are doing the same. I've seen them develop both ways, with some gaining color and others fading with age.

She's awesome, I'm gonna wait one more year on her, hopefully another checkerboard will "come my way"! HINT,HINT! LOL! I have a pair of Calhoun county specks and will see what comes. It is SOOOOO dry here but rain is due any day now.
