Hatchling ?

BeArDyCrAzY Jul 30, 2003 11:32 AM

Well my first ever hatchling hatched out last night, i named her "Aurora". I've heard of people feeding their hatchlings one inch mealworms, but those seem a bit large for my hatchling, or will it be fine for her? if not, should i feed her pin heads? and how long till her clutch mate will hatch? (Aurora hatched on day 44, it's day 45 now)

Hi,
The mealworms should be fine. Pinheads could work if the hatchling will try and catch it. That's why i like mealies they are very easy to catch and not a hassle. Just my input, R.J.

You can get mini mealworms. I feed small mealies to hatchlings. Pinheads are too small even for hatchlings, but you can feed them 3-4 week old crix
