Meaning that if all rat snakes are lumped together as bogertophis, all of the bull snakes-gopher-pines as one genus/family, all north American tri-colors, and even all king snakes , I can see a BIG problem that is already present in states like Missouri on selling any morph of and or of original species genus/family native to. How about you ? In Missouri you cannot legally sell any morph or of from native specie. In other words, you cannot sell a albino or what ever bull snake because it is still classified by scientific named of the subspecies of native species of sayi. I can also see this lap over to hybrids.
